Unique Blended Rums
Latin America and the Caribbean:
A diverse array of blended rum, single rum, single estate, cask strength and natural artisanal liquid which are now much more a part of our social lifestyle and individual palate. Our team will be creating an innovative modern and multi dimensional rum program, that will explore the best in flavour, utilising modern techniques, traditional distillation, with our own expertise finished by our ‘maestro’ we will create and source the very best.
Our blend combines styles of five very distinctive Latin American and Caribbean rums. This liquid starts with a delicate initial taste combined with an aromatic, fruity and sweet nose, then brings a complex palate of peppery notes, dryness and delicate tannins that seduces you and causes a desire for more.
Crafting The Lovers Rum:
BARBADOS; Roasted walnut, banana, black pepper, tobacco, and smoky oak tannins. The oak notes carry into the finish providing a light bitter finish.
NICARAGUA; Mild aromas of cola and wood, dark roasted coffee with a hint of chocolate. There’s a brief, very slight hint of sweetness, but that quickly turns to a very dry, roasty choice.
GUATEMALA; All spice, cacao, banana, root beer. The flavours are deep and dark with cashew, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla bean.
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC; Cinnamon and a touch of wood, accented by vanilla and toasty coconut. of woody vegetal and herbal notes evolves with medium-long finish.
PANAMA; A smoky oak and vanilla-laden aroma subtle hint of dark chocolate that fades as the oak tannins dominate Into the dry finish.
Crafting La Forza Rum:
The La Forza rum blend combines styles of five very distinctive Latin American and Caribbean rums. This liquid has an initial aroma of leather with a touch of toffee and tobacco, followed by a hint of fruit cake and marzipan. On the palate, a surprising dry taste contrasts with rich fruit, liquorice and deep oak spices.

JAMAICA; Apples and bananas dominate the flavour profile. On the palate vanilla and treacle-like sweetness predominate over fruit.
GUATEMALA; All spice, cacao, banana, root beer. The flavours are deep and dark with cashew, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla bean.
GUAYANA; Combination of dried tropical fruits, toasted coconut, vanilla and caramel sauce and a touch of viscous honey like.
VENEZUELA; The flavour is dry with a buttery spiced mocha coffee, along with slightly spiced coffee and fudge.
Cocktails
Our Drink Strategy will be based on uncomplicated and well known drinks. On this strategy, we're looking to balance robust and intense flavour profile cocktails with delicate and mild savour simpler drinks like, "Rum and Sparkling Coconut Water" or "Rum and Pineapple Juice"
